Button Maker

The COMD Studio has a button making machine for 1.25″ buttons. It doesn’t require an appointment for student use, and instructions are posted in the studio, but please speak to the technician if it’s your first time using it.

Artwork Templates

24 button designs to print on 8.5×11 paper:

PDF template with visible outlines: Open this in Illustrator (or place it at actual size in Photoshop, InDesign, or another program), line up your art with the circles, and hide or delete the template lines before printing.

PDF template with Illustrator guides: Open this in Illustrator and Show Guides (View > Guides > Show Guides in the menu, or command ;), and you’ll see guidelines to use for the button circles that won’t print.
